Gamut employs a full-time company of seven professional artist/managers. Gamut’s regional reputation attracts these highly talented performers who attend a competitive national audition procedure and relocate to Central PA to be part of the company.

Gamut Theatre Group also hosts and participates in numerous community outreach and educational programs throughout the year including KIDSFEST and Free Shakespeare in the Park. Gamut Theatre Group is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Gamut Classic Theatre is located on the third floor of Strawberry Square in downtown Harrisburg. This innovative theatre space seats 100 patrons on three sides of the performance stage, bringing the action and drama close to the audience and creating an intimate viewing experience. Most notably distinguished by the three levels of scaffolding that line its theatre walls, ‘The Gamut’ is one of the most unique performance facilities in the area and has often been compared to an off-Broadway space.
