ArtsFest wouldn't be complete without KIDSFEST, hosted by Popcorn Hat Players. And you know if Popcorn Hat Players is there, it means fun for the whole family!
KIDSFEST is comprised of children's activities, professional and community performances, and high-quality artists selling their wares. The festival is not just for children - it's for anyone young at heart.
