Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebration

Gamut Theatre will celebrate 450 years since Shakespeare’s birth, when it holds its eleventh annual Shakespeare’s Birthday celebration — and this year’s bash is bigger and better than ever!

Held at Gamut Classic Theatre, Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebration will feature wine and Appalachian Brewing Company beer, delicious hors d’oeuvres, silent and live auctions of Gamut and Shakespeare-themed items. The live auction will be conducted by Erica Taylor of Classic Edge Auctions in Hershey, PA.

Live Elizabethan music by Seasons and Shakespearean entertainment will abound, including thrilling swordplay by Gamut Core Company actors and hilarious spoofs performed by our talented students.  Hosted by the Glorious Queen Elizabeth I herself! Shakespeare will also be on hand to mingle with the guests!
