At the Annual New Year's Eve Party for Children, we countdown to noon, instead of midnight! This is the “don’t miss” party of the year for the under-twelve crowd and their
families! Featuring party hats, noisemakers, and a professional children’s theatre performance by the Popcorn Hat Players, this
highly popular special event has sold out the 650 seats at the Sunoco Performance Theatre at Whitaker Center every year since
we moved the event to this venue in 1999! Sponsorship also underwrites no-cost participation by daycare centers from economically
depressed Harrisburg neighborhoods.

GOLD – TITLE EVENT SPONSOR
(EXCLUSIVE TO ONE SPONSOR) – $10,000
- Company name above the event as in “COMPANY NAME presents 13th Annual New Year’s Eve Party for Children” on all flyers, mailers, print and publicity
- Listed as a Title Gold Sponsor Contributor to Gamut Theatre Group in all programs for PHP and HSF
- Complimentary full-page advertisement with preferred placement and listed on front cover of the event program
- Feature article on your partnership with PHP in its Newsletter, “Running the Gamut”
- Complimentary full-page advertisement in the program for Harrisburg Shakespeare Festival’s fall Shakespearean production presented in November each year
- Exclusivity Rights: First right to renew Title Sponsorship for next year’s event

- Complimentary Popcorn Hat Players performance up to 45 minutes for company’s personal use (Special Event, Company Picnic, etc.) Can use Gamut Classic Theatre for performance or Players can tour to location of choice
- 4 complimentary tickets to Gamut Theatre premiere event, Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebration in April
- 4 complimentary tickets to Gamut’s Autumn Reception
- Two Sponsor Seating Areas for up to 20 VIP guests to attend the event
- Block of 200 “2 for 1” tickets to Popcorn Hat Players Children’s Theatre (great gift to employees and business associates with children or grandchildren!)

SILVER EVENT SPONSOR
